The Best Two Minutes I Ever Spent

I was in my garage the other day looking for Christmas tags I knew were in a box out there some place. While rifling through about the 4th box, I saw some little snowflakes that I had used on my mantel last year.

And then it happened!

An idea.
Just like that.

I snatched up the snowflakes, grabbed some twine and a few tiny bottle brush trees.

After measuring out how much twine I would need to drape over a specific spot I had in mind, I tied the snowflakes on about every 4 to 5 inches.

Once I had all the snowflakes tied on, I hung my garland over my open cabinet in my kitchen….

And pushed the bottle brush trees onto the twine between the snowflakes.

It literally took me no more than 2 minutes and turned out so cute!

Iโ€™m pretty sure Iโ€™m going to need to get some more tiny bottle brush trees and snowflakes so I can make more garlands like this.

See you next time, sweet friend…

Thank you, Karianne. I love it too. It was an instant favorite! It’s cool how the bottle brush trees stay put when you just push them onto the twine. Makes it so quick to make a garland with them and you can remove them in an instant to use them someplace else, which I’m all about! lol Thanks for stopping by!

      Hugs

  4. […] Sometimes it’s the simplest projects that turn out to be your favorites. That’s how it was with this little garland I threw together in minutes last year. I literally made it to use some little snowflakes I had laying around and now I’m going to be looking for more little snowflakes like them this year so I can make a whole bunch more of these garlands! Check out how simple they are to make HERE. […]
