I recently joined up with a team of amazingly talented ladies, who all created tablescapes made from as many thrifted items as possible. When they asked me to join them I was honored and thought – how perfect is this?
I mean, I’m all about thrifting and finding vintage treasures and there is probably never a tablescape I create that doesn’t contain some thrifted treasures. I mean, I could really use photos of just about any tablescape that I’ve ever done!
That wouldn’t be much fun though. This was the perfect excuse to create a NEW tablescape with a smattering of thrifted finds.
For the place settings I stacked 2 different sizes of ironstone plates, all of which have been thrifted over the past couple years. The flatware is an old set that was given to me quite a few years ago and the tiny wreaths I made as napkin rings.
The icy pine branch is from Hobby Lobby.
The vintage Father Christmas figurine was thrifted and the pedestal itโs standing on was made for a recent Surprise Box Challenge that I participated in.
These solid brass deer were also thrifted. The mesh Iโm using as a table runner was purchased at Hobby Lobby.
This sweet little sleigh was a thrift store treasure and perfect for holding potpourri.
The โmercury glassโ candle holders were discovered at a thrift store as well.
And if thatโs not enough, the table itself is an old vintage piece I picked up off Facebook Marketplace and repaired.
As you can see, I sort of have a thing for thrifted treasure, especially if itโs vintage!
Thanks for stopping by to see my thrifted tablescape! I hope it gave you lots of ideas of things to look for the next time you pop into a thrift store.
Until next time….
