Yes, you read that correctly!
After years of admiring everyone else’s Santa mugs that started appearing sometime in November and lasted all the way through until after Christmas – I finally got to join the party! I’ve especially enjoyed seeing Emily’s stunning collection each year since I met her.
It’s not that I wasn’t looking. I’ve been keeping my eyes open for them for years but never found any truly vintage ones. A couple years ago Walmart had some all white ones that were clearly brand new BUT fit in very nicely with vintage ones. I thought about getting a couple and when I went back to actually buy them they were all gone. I’m not kidding.
Well last week I walked in to my favorite Antique mall and was slowly strolling through all the booths and I saw him!
He’s so tiny I almost missed him but thank goodness I didn’t. I snatched him up so fast! He is a truly vintage one and the lovely shade he has aged over time is perfection! He looks even better in person.
This is already the 3rd spot I’ve put him trying to decide where he should hang out this year. Now I want more of these little guys so badly!
