Christmas in July: Favorite Christmas Tablescape

I’ve never put as much time and effort into creating tablescapes as I have since I met Emily. Not that I never set a pretty table, I just didn’t put as time and effort into every little detail as I do not. I mean, have you SEEN some of Emily’s tablescapes?

Just like she has done in many other areas, Emily has really inspired me when it comes to tablescapes and the one I’m sharing today is no exception.

It’s my favorite Christmas tablescape that I’ve done so far.

I know daisies aren’t what you normally see at Christmas time but hey – I rarely play by the rules.

I’m also not usually a really big “christmas red” person. I prefer more unusual Christmas colors.

But when I saw the red and white striped napkins I used on this tablescape, I couldn’t resist and I instantly pictured this look.

These rusty bellsโ€ฆ.. be still my heart! They were originally tied together in a group of 2 with twine and meant to be tree ornaments but I had other plans for them.

I’m already thinking about some fun things I can include this year in a Christmas tablescape.

Until next time,

I’m still trying to get somewhere near as good at tablescapes as you are! You are a tough act to follow.
