Can you believe it’s already basically August? Although I have been trying to make the most out of every summer day when there are so many less responsibilities (like school for the kiddos) and have been spending a LOT of time at the pool….it still seems to be flying by much too quickly. My vegetable garden has been a wee bit neglected and there is a large amount of weeding that needs to be done if you dare venture into my back yard.
Oh well. Time to decorate for Christmas.
Just kidding……time to get you THINKING about decorating for Christmas by sharing a home tour with you. This was what my home looked like last Christmas.
It took me a long time to decide to take the plunge but I’m so glad I finally redid this nook. It’s such a fun place to style with all the open shelves.
No home tour would be complete without the star of the show – Hope.
Still one of my favorite transformations in spite of being the smallest room in the house!
Every room gets a touch of the season……even the bedrooms.
