A Cup Of Inspiration – Volume 7

It seems like such a long time since we last sat down and had coffee together and shared ideas. I was away last weekend and didn’t have the opportunity to share with you so I guess maybe that’s why it feels like it’s been so long.

I’ve been spending a lot of time cutting back overgrown things in my gardens and flowerbeds and harvesting seeds and vegetables. It’s that time of year. Well let’s grab that cup of fresh coffee and take a few minutes of time to chat, shall we?

With all the things I’m harvesting these days my thoughts have been turning towards keeping as much of the things as I can to enjoy during the winter. Things like my wonderful herbs!

For anyone that loves their Italian food as much as I do with Lasagna being near the top of that list, this recipe peaked my interest. Especially since I have some extra spaghetti squash from my garden right now.

I can’t wait to try it!
