I have a thing for baskets.
I don’t have an overabundance of baskets in my home but that isn’t because I’m not obsessed. I’m picky about my baskets. They have to be certain shapes and sizes and in good condition (unless it was a super old special one). I don’t take just anything because it qualifies as a “basket”.
There are baskets that fit perfectly in old chippy cabinets in which you can put the most amazing things…..like crochet tablecloths.
Or winter greenery…
Or leaves….
Or the kind of baskets that you use to pick flowers.
Baskets go well in side tables…..to store things in that aren’t pretty.
There are baskets that you just can’t walk out of the store without because…..well…..just because!
Suffice it to say I think I have enough baskets now that they qualify as another collection……but lets thing about that another time.
For now I’m going to go re-arrange my baskets.
