It’s been a crazy week with all sorts of extra things that took more time than I anticipated so I’m falling behind with my post today.
Better late than never, right?
I’m not saying breakfast is my favorite meal of the day but I will tell you that I really like French toast for a special breakfast. I don’t make it very often at home but whenever I go out for breakfast or brunch I almost always get some sort of French toast.
This recipe caught my eye and not only sounds delicious but also easy since it’s baked and you have GOT to read the super sweet story that Ahna shared about this particular recipe.
There’s something about a hearty bowl of soup that just feels right on a crisp fall or winter day. I know not everyone is a big fan of soup but I am. I like to find really healthy recipes that my kids will eat and I was surprised when I tried this recipe and they liked it! I thought it was delicious but with its bright color I was thinking the kids might shy away. I was mistaken and I’m glad of it.
This is an instant pot recipe but you could really easily make it on the stove top too if you don’t have an instant pot.
